Reached out at 9:30am on a Sunday, by 10:10am, Zach the technician was pulling in the driveway to save the day! At 11:30am, Zach had diagnosed and repaired our furnace. The emergency visit and repair was way less than I imagined it to be and Zach was very professional. He even showed us the video of the repair he made and stayed for 30 minutes after to make sure it continued to work. Highly recommend this fantastic and locally owned company.

Lanigan Heating & Air Conditioning did an amazing job installing our new heater & air conditioning system. Our twenty six year old Furnace died in October 2023. Lanigan was able to come out and determine that the furnace was not worth repairing, AGAIN. We've been told by other repair people eventually we'd need to get all new. Dan Lanigan gave us a very fair price to fix both heating and air conditioning. The heating was fixed in October and the cooling was just replaced yesterday. My wife and I are extremely happy with the service we received. We would highly recommend Dan Lanigan.

To deal with a company such as Lanigan Heating & Air Conditioning restores confidence in fairness in pricing, extreme professionalism, personability and I could go on and on. If we could rate them a 10 out of 10 we would.

On 12-19-2023 our furnace was constantly making loud banging noises. We called Lanigan on 12-20-23 and an assessor/technician came out on the 21st. After a thorough assessment, he gave us an option of repair on our 10-11 year old furnace (we all knew it would only be temporary) or a new furnace. By getting a new furnace, we saved $600 on repair and put it towards the new furnace.

Knowing it is winter and it was Christmas week, the assessor/technician and another technician were able to fully install the new furnace on 12-22-2023! Unbelievable that they were able to fit us in their busy schedule. They were extremely diligent in their work and so, so friendly and answered any questions we had. It is unfortunate on my part, that I didn't make note of their names. I apologize as they deserve an extremely high recommendation. Kudos to the company for employing such employees. I know they personally so enjoy working for Lanigan. IT SHOWS.

They really went above and beyond researching a warranty claim I had three years ago and they have been my HVAC company ever since. Recently installed new heat pump.
